Pam Hricik, Board Member
Meet Pam Hricik, a key member of our board at Step 1 Recovery. Celebrating over 28 years of personal recovery, Pam is deeply committed to supporting others on their journey to sobriety. She's driven by a desire to ensure that no one is left without support due to lack of resources.
A Charleston resident for 26 years, Pam has been a vibrant contributor to the local nonprofit scene. She’s made significant impacts, from her early days volunteering with the United Way’s 211 Helpline to her dynamic leadership as President of the Village Repertory Theatre Company, where she spearheaded numerous fundraising efforts. Pam also co-founded Keys for Hope, which generated nearly $100,000 for One80 Place, a local homeless shelter.
After recently selling her special event business, Pam now dedicates her time to her art as a pressed flower artist and enjoys traveling with her husband, embracing the next chapter of life as an empty nester.
